Aqua Yoga Teacher Mentorship program

Get support in your teaching journey

You're a trained teacher so why does this feel so hard?

Making the transition into a new field is tough and lonely.

As aqua yogis we're breaking ground in a new field that crosses disciplines, and there aren't a lot of places to go for resources and support.  What can you do when you're having trouble sequencing?

I've been there and struggled through being both a new teacher in general and a new aqua yoga teacher.

I wish I'd had a transition team - somewhere to go for help while I was testing the waters.

That's what this mentorship program does for you.

We work together for 3 sessions over a month to transition you from the aqua yogi kiddy pool to rocking it in the deep end as a confident, capable teacher.

Survey

smooth transition

I'll go over the support materials you need a second set of eyes on, like your class plans or website and provide the extra resources you need.  That's two hours of time in the background spent helping you.

     I need ideas!

I had the pleasure of meeting Christa when in the states and traveled several hours in order to meet her for a 1:1.   On our 1:1 she was able to share her wisdom with regards to making postures more accessible for a wide range of students and also how to build upon sequences to make them more challenging, demonstrating that even small changes brought about new experiences. I really appreciated our time together and would recommend her for yoga teacher mentoring."

About Christa

Aqua yoga is my passion and I would love to see it in every community worldwide.  Everyone should have the opportunity to receive the benefits of an aqua yoga practice.  You can be key in your community by helping people access yoga in the water.

I've transitioned through three very different careers so I bring diverse professional experiences to the table for your benefit.
