This is a 46 minute audio recording for a 55 minute aqua yoga class. It uses one pool noodle as a prop and takes you through an aqua yoga sequence with more than fourteen aqua yoga poses designed to warm up your spine, improve your balance, and open your hips. Having a recording you can listen to with waterproof headphones or a speaker poolside, allows you to practice at your convenience in any pool.
This is a dedicated recording of me doing this sequence, rather than a recording of a public class, so the audio is very clear.
