The aqua yoga buoyancy intermediate sequence is for people who’d like a little more movement or difficulty in their aqua yoga practice. This intermediate-level aqua yoga sequence uses the buoyancy of two pool noodles to support and challenge you in aqua yoga postures. The noodles help you add flow to your postures and get a deeper stretch.
The sequence includes 23 yoga postures including two noodle Sun Salutations, dynamic Plank positions, and Gate pose.
The sequence is printed on heavy-duty cardstock and laminated. They’re durable and will hold up to lots of poolside use. The font is 20 pt bold to be easy to read. Being on a ring, it’s easy to flip through the cards, and they won’t blow away on the pool deck. All the waterproof sequences also come with a plastic ring as a spare and for use in saltwater pools.
With 73 color photos, the sequence is very well illustrated.
