An upper-body focused 45-minute aqua yoga sequence for your posture that can reduce neck and shoulder pain, improve your posture, and increases range of motion in your shoulders and neck.

You’ll need access to a pool and several regular pool noodles.
The sequence is printed on heavy-duty cardstock and laminated so it’s durable and can stand up to lots of poolside use. The font used on these is large, so many people can use these without reading glasses. Being on a ring, it’s easy to flip through the cards and they won’t blow away on the pool deck. All the sequences also come with a spare plastic ring to prevent rusty rings in saltwater pools.
