Get started in aqua yoga package with a laminated aqua yoga sequence, an audio aqua yoga sequence and a 20-minute video private session with Christa.

If you want to purchase some of these products but are concerned you won’t use them right, or need a little extra help, I offer a Get Started in Aqua Yoga Package bundle.

This bundle allows you to purchase 1 laminated sequence of your choice, 1 audio sequence of your choice, and book a 20-minute private session with me.

This way you can take the materials to the pool, try them and out and get help.

In your 20-minute session we focus on anything you need help with:  the trouble spots, get tips on how to customize the materials to best suit your needs or ideas on how you can apply these principles long term.

 

The Get Started in Aqua Yoga Package logistics:

After purchase, you’ll receive a coupon code to enter for your laminated sequence and audio sequence.  You choose your sequences, enter the codes, and those will be delivered.

You will also receive a link to my online scheduling software so you can book your video chat to get your support.
