My aqua yoga easy sequence is a 45-minute practice All you need is access to a pool and 1 pool noodle. This sequence contains 15 aqua yoga poses including a floating meditation at the end.
This sequence is printed on heavy-duty cardstock and laminated to be durable and used poolside. Being on a ring, it’s easy to flip through the cards and they won’t blow away on the pool deck. All the waterproof sequences also come with a plastic ring as a spare and for use in saltwater pools.
