The Moderate aqua yoga audio bundle is a compilation of four aqua yoga practice classes. These classes are slightly more challenging than those in the Easy bundle as they require a bit more body awareness, strength, and comfort in the water than those.
Aqua Yoga for a Healthy Back Plank Sequence – “This audio sequence which you can play poolside and practice along to, includes a warm-up, 14 aqua yoga poses, and a floating meditation. As an intermediate sequence, it will build strength, improve your body awareness and improve your posture.”
Aqua Yoga for a Healthy Back Lunge Sequence – “This aqua yoga audio sequence which you can play poolside and practice along to, includes a warm-up, 13 aqua yoga poses, and a floating meditation.”
2 Noodle sequence – “This aqua yoga sequence which you can play poolside and practice along to, includes a warm-up, 16 aqua yoga poses, and a floating meditation. It improves your body awareness, challenges your balance, and improves your ability to stay grounded and therefore your posture.”
Breath awareness sequence – “Your breath is integral to a water yoga practice. How many ways do you think you can use it during your practice? This class helps you use your breath in 10 different ways as it takes you through 15 different water yoga poses. It takes you through the full spectrum of using your breath from awareness to relaxation.”
You will need two pool noodles and a pair of aquatic dumbbells to do these practices.
You will receive eight file downloads. Four Mp3 files – mp3 files are universal file format for playing on any device that plays downloadable media such as music or audiobooks. Plus four PDF’s of the poses as lists.
