This aqua yoga sequence is filled with traditional yoga poses adapted to the water using a kickboard. It includes poses like Eagle pose, Triangle pose, and Half-Moon pose. If you’ve previously done yoga, you’ll be very comfortable with the order of the postures and still get a challenge out of performing them in the water.

My aqua yoga sequences last 45 minutes. All you need is access to a pool and a standard swimming kickboard.
