Do you know something about yoga but nothing about how to do it in the water? This aqua yoga sequence is filled with traditional yoga poses adapted to the water using a kickboard. Being a traditional sequence, you’ll recognize these poses from land yoga. It includes poses like Eagle pose, Triangle pose, and Half-Moon pose. If you’ve previously done yoga, you’ll be very comfortable with the order of the postures, but still get a challenge out of performing them in the water.

The sequence is printed on heavy-duty cardstock and laminated. They’re durable and will hold up to lots of poolside use. The font is 20 pt bold to be easy to read. Being on a ring, it’s easy to flip through the cards, and they won’t blow away on the pool deck. All the waterproof sequences also come with a plastic ring as a spare and for use in saltwater pools.
My aqua yoga sequences last 45 minutes. All you need is access to a pool and a standard swimming kickboard.
