This class helps you use your breath in 10 different ways as it takes you through 15 different water yoga poses. It takes you through the full spectrum of using your breath from awareness to relaxation.
The Water Yoga Breath Awareness Audio Class can be played poolside for you to practice along with. It includes a warm-up, 15 aqua yoga poses, and a floating meditation.
There is no background music overlaid on top of the audio to make it easier to hear the directions.
This is a 50-minute mp3 audio recording for a 48-minute aqua yoga practice. You will also receive the posture list with the different breath approaches as a PDF download to print as a practice guide.
You will need two pool noodles to do this practice.
