Hi,

I'm Christa Fairbrother

I'm passionate about helping people with arthritis feel better and live full lives through aquatic exercise.  I live with five kinds of arthritis myself and most of my students live with some form of arthritis as well.

Not only am I personally invested, I'm professionaly trained in this specialty.  I'm a certified Yoga for Arthritis teacher, a mentor in their program training other teachers, and an Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Professional.  My zone of genius is truly aqua yoga for arthritis.

I've trained hundreds of other pros how to teach aqua yoga and consistently hear teachers want a deeper dive on this topic.

But there are more than 100 types of arthritis

True.  But we're going to focus on the 14 most common types that you will see, as well as chronic pain as a companion to arthritis

Types of Arthritis Included:

what teachers say about working with me...

Christa is very approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to share her experience.

I was so impressed with Christa's ability to meet the needs of both Yoga and Aqua fitness professionals. She meets you where you are at, so you can best serve your students/clients from day one.

Christa has a gift for sharing her knowledge and experience to professionals who serve their clients in the water and/or on land.

What clients say about this course...
